Swimming is an enjoyable all round exercise that helps achieve all of your fitness goals, from losing weight to getting into shape. Swimming also helps ease fatigue and aid relaxation whilst improving your health.

Our swimming pool offers a range of swimming activities from lane swimming and swimming lessons to Swimfit coached sessions and Aqua Group Fitness classes.
