Badminton Sheffield

Badminton, is a very demanding sport - the image of two people standing still gently hitting the shuttle cock to each other couldn't be further from the truth!

At high levels, badminton is an explosive, fast sport which demands quicker responses than almost any other sport. It requires a good player to be able to sprint, jump, twist, strike, lunge and above all, concentrate during a game which takes place at a pace that most of us can't even imagine.

Badminton is a great form of exercise which will give you a good work out whilst having fun with your friends. Hire a court for your own competition or come to one of our badminton clubs.

All abilities are welcome from beginners to advanced players.
Tuesdays 6pm-9pm

Mosborough Badminton Club
All ages and levels are welcome including competitive league Badminton.
Fridays 6.45pm-8.15pm
